This vehicle is extremely rare! It is one of 1,000 made that year. It includes a Shelby supercharger, of which only 500 were made, and were only available from the Shelby factory. The power is awesome with four to five hundred horsepower. The engine was built by an engineer (a former Shelby driver and mechanic) and has the GT350 headers he used to win the entire B-production class in the early seventies.
This car can light up racing slicks at 70 miles per hour. Of course, it is street legal. It includes concours American Racing mags, and a roll bar made for the Shelby. Handling can be managed with upper and lower rear traction bars, according to the driver's preference (both systems included). The interior is original, as it came from the factory, and includes the unique tachometer mounted on the dash the at the Shelby factory.
The car also includes Shelby's signatures on the glove compartment, and the original GT350 manual. The vehicle is registered with Shelby American Inc. It should be examined by a Shelby expert.
