Auction starts at the scheduled time with the first location. Following stops will commence in the order listed and upon the arrival of the Auctioneer. Payment is due immediately after sale at that location in CASH ONLY after you win at that location, one winning bidder is allowed in the office at a time (Line up at the door). Bring your own locks or purchase them from Office ($15.00). You will have up to 7 Days to empty and Clean your lockers out (the facility dumpster cannot be used). Access to your lockers you win will only be during office hours (Mon-Sat 8-5 & Sun 9-1) (NO Gate Codes given out) Please Do Not Bring Small Children or pets. Please leave parking lot open for A FAMILY STORAGE CUSTOMERS and park next door or along street. NO FIREARMS ALLOWED AT THE AUCTION SITE!

The Auction will start at 8:00 am and at the next location when the Auctioneer arrives.
There is a $50.00 Cleaning Deposit at all facility's and no use of the on-site dumpster.
CASH ONLY. You will have 1 Week to clean out the lockers you buy. The units you buy MUST be totally Cleaned out (swept clean) by the deadline or you forfeit your cleaning deposit!! (If NOT Cleaned out, you will not be allowed back to future auctions). Bring your own Locks.

Sales tax (9.1%), will be added to the sales price for all auction units. If you are a licensed reseller you will need to provide a copy of your Arizona Tax License at the time of purchase if you wish to avoid paying sales tax. NO EXCEPTIONS.
