To get to the property go on Freeway 8, exit on 84, To enter the subdivision go left on Ralson than left on Bluejay Road this is dirt road.
Bluejay Road ends at the corner of Amanda Drive. The road end corner is the corner of property. Youll see a power post a new water meeter box and a stake. From this point the lot is 264' wide on Amanda Drive road.(dirt road)
The lot is 494.5' on Bluejay road.
You also can go to the lot from I-10 to Casa Grande or From Center of Maricopa keep going when you see an Indian casino keep going takes you to the lot.
The neighbor lot next to mine on Amanda Drive has 2 water tanks with underground well. I meet one person he told me the 2 water tanks are new and still at final stages to be completed.The water tanks was constructed from a fund the state receive from Obama as a relief funds.
