MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION: Current state of Arizona Occupational Therapist License required; must obtain CPR (BLS) certification within one month of employment.
