Professional Caliber Drummer Looking for a "Working Band" or Bandmates in Tucson, Arizona For Sale

I am an older drummer (53) who has been playing for 37 years and is looking for a "working band" or for professional caliber musicians looking to form a working band playing dance/party music. I have been on stage hundreds of times over the years and have played many styles including Rock & Roll, R&B, Pop, Country, and Swing and want to get back out there on a more regular basis again. I have a very tight meter, I know what dynamics are and how and when to use them, and I never over-play songs.

What I don't want is 8 months of drama from ego-driven wannabes that comes with little to no progress; players who still think they will make it big; or hobby players who just want to stroke their ego's posing as rock stars on dive bar stages for gas money. I don't mind doing a few bar gigs in "higher class" and "higher paying" bars but I do not want to be in a standard run of the mill classic rock "bar band" so if that's your primary thing it's not for me. I want actual musicians who really know what dance/party music is and who know that playing that music and playing it well is what will get you the better gigs.
I will mention that I am on the west side in Glendale in case you're in the east valley and rehearse there and feel that would be an issue. It's not for me but some seem to think otherwise.
