HSL Asset Management, one of Arizonas largest owner operated property management companies based in Tucson, Arizona, is looking for an experienced Office Services Assistant to join our team of talented Professionals. QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma or GED
* One year related experience and/or training
* Valid Drivers License and Auto Liability Coverage in your own name
* Ability to function effectively in a sales/marketing and customer service environment
* Ability to read and write brief correspondence and memos
* Ability to effectively present information in one:on:one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other members of the organization
* Ability common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
* Basic computer skills and ability to type
* Individual should be able to work within and foster a team environment.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week. Property Management is considered short retail hours. The properties are open 7 days a week, Monday through Friday, with shifts ranging between the hours of 8:30am and 6:00pm. The weekends are typically busy with customer service for prospective residents and current customers, so the Leasing Consultant typically works a flexible work week including Saturday and Sunday.
