Maintenance Technician Needed in Tucson, Arizona For Sale

Property Management Company is seeking a Full Time Roving Maintenance Technician with their own tools and reliable transportation.
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, creative and energetic with the ability to bring experience and expertise to the position. Successful candidates will assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of our communities.
Primary responsibilities are turnovers, work orders and clean ups of grounds within each community.
Mandatory skills for this position are,
- Plumbing

- Lock re-keying
- Painting and Drywall repair
- Roof Repair
- Door installation
- Turnovers
- Occupied maintenance
- Appliances repair
- General Maintenance Skills
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- 2-3 years' experience in residential property management
- Understand and abide by Fair Housing laws
- Punctual
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Desire and ability to learn
- Good Communicator
- Hard Worker that takes Pride in work, no sloppy work will be tolerated
- Attention to Detail
- Must have reliable truck
- Must be comfortable with computers and technology
- Must have your own tools
- Must be on-call one week per month or as needed
- Must be able to work as part of a Team
Candidates must have valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record.
