We are a professional property management company looking for an experienced property manager, assistant property manager and leasing consultant. If you are a previous property manager, assistant manager, or leasing agent that is looking for a challenge then we're looking to hire you. REQUIREMENTS: * You MUST have property management experience! (IE property manager, assistant property manager, leasing consultant) * You must pass a background check & must be able to e-verify * You must be a hard-worker. These properties are not easy properties and if you are looking for a position that doesn't require much attention to detail these are not for you. * You must be willing & available to work weekends * You must computer knowledgeable POSITION: We need a take charge manager to come in, do what needs to be done and improve the property as much as possible with the tools provided. We need an assistant manager that has experience who is willing to assist a manager in improving & upholding the property.
