The Role
The Property Manager / Sales / Leasing Agent is responsible of acquiring new landlord clients, negotiations of tenant placement and move out inspections, and day to day management of rental property. Primary tasks will involve lease signings, landlord lead follow up and conversions, maintenance coordination, rent collection, eviction coordination, and move out transactions. Compensation will be commissioned based of all fees collected and potential earnings of 80k annually.
The ability to interact well and fit into a small, highly motivated, multi:functional team that is working in a rapid, simultaneous environment is essential. The role offers the rare opportunity to take ownership in the development of new and genuinely cutting edge property management company, so enthusiasm and knowledge of real estate rental investments is advantageous. You must have a genuine passion for real estate and growing a business.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate must have the ability to meet tight deadlines, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to work independently. Typical job duties may include but are not limited to the following:
:Follow up with new landlord leads via text, email, phone.
:Lease negotiation and signings.
:Answer incoming prospective landlord and tenant calls.
:Ensure clients investment is performing.
:Handle maintenance coordination and quality check.
:Know Tenant Landlord Act and laws
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a leasing agent or property manager.
Active Arizona Real Estate License.
Experience with propertyware or appfolio software.
Receptive to learning new tools and exchanging knowledge.
Accustomed to going above and beyond.
Excellent communicator, team player, resourceful, organized and mindful of time management.
