SUMMARY DAILY ACTIVITIES:
* Receive in bound phone calls from interested homeowners
* Contact leads per day via telephone
* Ask for referrals from new customers.
* Gather and qualify customer information for each household
* Prepare quotes
* Send out quotes and presentations via email & mail
* Follow up with prospects and clients
* Setup and establish new household accounts in the system
*Understand, accept and resolve client issues and complaints with calm, willingness and efficiency via telephone and email.
*Handle VoiceMail, returns and Feedback reviews.
* Visit local professionals and businesses to establish networks :
*Placing of Ads
*Collection of Rent
*Dispatch and Supervision of Maintenance personnel and Street Marketing Teams
