This weapon was purchased new 1 OWNER shot it very little and stored in safe.
Does have the box, manual and cleaning rod, includes, 3 factory 32 round magazines, and factory mag loader and 4 Metal aftermarket 32 round magazines. Weapon has 1 or 2 very minor surface marks. Excellent condition. It has a parkerized finish and a 6" threaded barrel. The weapon functions 100%. It does have a telescoping wire stock and includes original Cobray stamped mock suppressor.
Price for the package is $3,800.00 + any shipping to your FFL (if an out-of-state purchase). Buyer is responsible for paying for NFA $200 Tax Stamp to ATF.
If you are an in-state buyer, the weapons will transfer from me to you on a Tax Paid Form 4 ($200). Understand you cannot take possession of the weapons until ATF approves transfer.
If you are an out-of-state buyer, the weapons will transfer to your in-state Class 3 dealer on a tax-free Form 3 (Dealer-To-Dealer). Buyer will have to arrange for the Class 3 Dealers to accept the weapons and have to pay any transfer fees associated, directly to that dealer. Your in-state transfer dealer will then initiate transfer to you on a Tax paid Form 4, where you will have to pay the ATF for the tax stamp.
You will need to ensure your Chief of Police, Sheriff, District Judge, etc., will sign off of on the paperwork, or have a valid corporation/trust. No refunds because you cannot obtain a CLEO signoff. Please know this before purchasing.
