looking for a 3+ bedroom, 2 bath rent to own in Tucson, Arizona For Sale

We are looking to relocate at the end of November or sometime in December. We were in Tucson on business and stayed at our relatives in three points we loved it. We would like to relocate to there, or the Phoenix, Peoria, Deer Valley area. We own our own carpentry and custom building business for commercial businesses and residential's. So fixer uppers ok on the page is examples of our custom work for residentials if your interested. We would like a 3+ bedroom, 2 bathroom no HOA's. We would like to rent to own/lease with option with a percentage going towards buying if in the Phoenix area we would like the rent to own/lease with option to be for 6 mo. to 1 yr. so we can determine if we like the area. We can pay $500 to $xxxx a month on a rent to own/lease with option. If you have an acre in three points with a mobile home and aren't asking to much for the mobile home that is fine we will stay in the mobile home while we build a house on the land.
